Classroom management is all about being able to engage the pupils so that they are attentive to what they are being taught; this is an issue that can be a problem around the world and is not solely a Filipino one. The teachers who seem to be the ones who are least able to manage a classroom tend to be newly qualified ones who have little practical experience, and teachers who have been in the job so long that they have become jaded.
