O Sindicato dos Professores do Norte avançou hoje com uma ação judicial no Tribunal Administrativo e Fiscal por considerar "inconstitucional" a existência de docentes com mais tempo de serviço retidos em escalões inferiores a outros com menos tempo.
Segundo o SPN, há docentes no sexto escalão da carreira com mais de cinco anos de tempo de serviço, mas com menos de seis, que estão impedidos de progredir para o oitavo escalão por causa do atual “congelamento” do tempo contado. (Público)
