Mats Bjornson dará uma conferência no dia 10 de Novembro, às 9h30 na Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. Mats Bjornsson, da National Agency for Education, trabalhava no Ministério da Educação sueco quando este país alterou o paradigma de um sistema de ensino estatal para um sistema de ensino com liberdade de escolha da escola. Vem a Portugal relatar como foram possíveis essas alterações e fazer o balanço desta reforma.
